Classes End
I wanted to write a quick post to commemorate the end of classes for my masters in engineering for international development at University College London. It feels good to be over, and on the whole, I enjoyed the last six months.
I also shifted my blog from wordpress to blogger. The main reason for this was that I had hit the 3GB cap on images uploaded. I hadn't really thought through the implications of this cap when I set the blog up. Luckily, blogger doesn't have a cap on the number of images you can upload. There are still a few kinks to work out in the transition, but it was surprisingly painless to move my posts from wordpress to blogger.
Now, I have all the blogs I have ever written in which place as I had a pair of blogger blogs from my Watson fellowship in 2013. Having them united, which feels very satisfying. I plan to blog more actively as a way of becoming more politically and socially engaged. As I transition into full-time work in Myanmar, I won't have time to freelance for PV Magazine, so blogging should offer a way to scratch my writing itch and to document my antics in Myanmar.
I'll conclude the post with two of my favorite photos from our time in Myanmar.

The first shows off the country's natural beauty. |
The second is a show of previous antics. Nithya, Natasha's BFF, gets the photo credit of this one. |
